Hemp, by definition is: Cannabis Sativa L. and any part of the plant…with a Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol of not more than .30 (30%) on a dry weight basis.
In order to grow hemp in Texas, you must have a hemp growers license to cultivate, harvest or transport hemp out of state.
